Go on! Go on... I'm enjoying this - got the hind into SP already, but now have the same prob as Heike. Why is nothing ever that simple?...

UPDATE: There must be a problem with the passenger position AI. Found a reference to check this for the Littlebird: vehicles/xpak2_vehicles/she_littlebird/she_littlebird.tweak In there should be this line: objecttemplate.aitemplate uh60_passenger1 I'm checking on this and a similar reference for the Hind. The hummertow probably needs the aitemplate for the fixed stationary TOW. Anyone to help here?

To fix the Hind 2nd position crash in SP: Go to your Objects_server.zip in SF and find the Hind file. Open the Hind.tweak file with Notepad. In the text, find the group of data which has "...PlayerControlObject xpak_hind_gunner" in it, then follow down until you see these: ObjectTemplate.floatermod 0 ObjectTemplate.hasmobilephysics 1 add this line right below there: ObjectTemplate.aiTemplate ahe_z10_gunner To fix the small helicopter littlebird (and the wz11 and ec635), go to each of their tweak files. Near the bottom is a data group which begins: ObjectTemplate.create PlayerControlObject she_littlebird_leftspassenger At the end of this data group again you will find the two sentences the same as for the Hind above. Place the following right under it: ObjectTemplate.aiTemplate UH60_passenger1 Look down further and find the "rightpassenger" data group and place this in the same way: ObjectTemplate.aiTemplate UH60_passenger2 Repeat for the other small helicopters. They will have their respective names in the text. This information was posted on other forums, but I've simplified it. :beer:

This will fix the second position CTD in the following vehicles: For the xpak_civ1: Look for the data group in the tweak file that begins "xpak_civ1_PlayerControlObject_FrontPassenger". After the data line which says, "ObjectTemplate.hasmobilephysics 0", add this line: [data] ObjectTemplate.aiTemplate HmmwvPassenger This is a cool fix because the second position hangs out the roof of the station wagon and you can use your personal weapon. For the xpak2_semi: look for the group with "...xpak2_semi_passenger". Add this below the "hasmobilephysics" line: [data] ObjectTemplate.aiTemplate HmmwvPassenger This vehicle is a semi tractor with heavy mass and its fun to ram smaller recon vehicles.
