I finnaly got my 6600GT 128mb AGP 8X and I'm having a few problems. Firstly, my Operating System (WinXP) is seeing my video card as 2X and not 8X and I'm sure this is killing my performance. 6600gt0nl.jpg Secondly, I'm only getting about 20-30 fps with all settings on medium. Finnaly, all of the shadows in BF2 are showing up as big dark squares on the ground. Here are my system specs: 6600GT 128mb AGP 8X Pentium 4 processor at 2.4GHz 1024mb system ram Windows XP 400w power supply And I'm using the most recent Omega Drivers. BTW, sorry for the huge picture LOL!

I'm pretty sure that's normal. I have a 6800 GT and it says the same thing but I don't get bad FPS.

What version are the omega drivers based on? I'ld be running the offical latest betas from guru 3d, or the latest whql versions. The omegas, are just tweaked, usually at the expense of quality and I dont go for them personally. The latest offical drivers are a lot better than the fairly recent versions. 77.3's bundled with BF2 are rubbish, and you should be at least running those to avoid display issues. Slim

Can I suggest buying a new Powersupply. Maybee 480w. I got that card and then later i bought a new PSU and my performance on BF2 was significantly higher.
