Okay, it says on the lower left side of the box, and all I see is the 'T' for teen rating on there, NOTHING ELSE. Someone please tell me where it exactly is on the box, becuase with out the cd key I can't play it and that means it was a waste of 50$, but if you tell me, it would help alot.

Yeah, and another thing... Why the hell do they say "Your CD key can be found on the back of the jewel case" Took me about 1 hour to figure out a "jewel case" was infact back of the manual.

Mine was inside the case, and a jewel case is a traditional plastic CD case, which mine wasn't. The actual placement of stickers appears completely random.

Just an FYI... Mine wasn't a sticker. It was physically printed on the top of the backside of the manual. Certainly not where the installation routine tells you where to look for it! Hehe.

I took me a few minutes too. It was hard to locate when sifting through more 3rd party offers than I've ever seen in my life!

And what's up with that double-sized dvd box thing it's in? The spindle inside could probably hold 6 discs (cd version is what, 3 discs?). My single DVD looks strange in there.
