Since No One Else Seemed To Be Replying There Are A Couple Of Questions Before I Can Judge The Answer Such As Does It Lag Without Multiplayer, In Single Player And Such. If Not I Would Get Some Cable If You Dont Already Have Some. My Ping Being 60 - 70 Most Of The Time In Canadian Servers. You Should Also Defrag And Clean Disk. That Seems To Help. Also You Should Update To Sp2 <-- :deal:

Your processor seems a little underpowered. Also a new graphics card wouldn't hurt.

Mafiaz You Should Update To Sp2 <-- :deal:

Sp2 has nothing to do with it. I run the game without it with no issues at all. You may have inadvertainly Underclocked your chip in your bios settings. I suggest checking that .... It doesn't matter whether the video card ran it before or not. It may not be supported. Check to see if it has what it needs to support the games advanced features. Not just one of the features, but all of them . Also you may want to try to ping a server ip and see if there is trouble on the way to the server over your hops. If you are recieving any packet loss in some areas, it will cause the EXACT symptoms you are describing. Just hope the packet loss is in some areas controled by your isp or you are out of luck playing on that route to any servers.

So how exxactly do i find any of this out, i dont know much about getting information like that.

And my processor maxes out at 1.4, it was at 1.0 (Isent 2400+ supposed to be like 2.4??) its funny though its registering my old processor not the new one which i put in 4 months ago.

Also check your computer's cooling system. Are you fans and vents clear of dust?

2400+ runs at 2.0GHz. At least it should unless it has been underclocked. I suggest you call your computer dealer, dont be hasty in changing any BIOS settings. Calling your computer dealer would be a very good idea as far as the processor is concerned. About the graphics, the card that you have should let the game work at low settings without any problem. I had a 5200 and everything was just fine on it.

after having the same problems youve had ive tried setting everything to low, and it still played pretty bad. after some time tweaking the gfx i decided to do what i did with bfv when i was having the same problem. What you do is that you set your sound quality to LOW. now this may be amazing for some people the game runs around 35+ FPS on all high gfx settings (or at least the highest it will let me) WITH A 64 PLAYER GAME. My sys. spec is: P4 2.7 150GB maxtor hd 9200se radeon 1gig memory (2x512)
