This can be a problem w/your monitor refresh rate. Go to Display Properties, Settings, advanced, and change your refresh rate to 60 hertz. If the game works, go to video settings, set the refresh rate to what you want, quit, and change your monitor back to what you picked.

I've got a Gforce 5900xt a legal copy of the game in dvd format and a amd 3000+ overclocked. Before of post this my pc automatically when i'm loading a map restarted. Can it be the 45/46 degrees for the overclocking process the problem?
