Hi, Im having a small problem. My computer meets the requirements for the game, but sometimes while playing, my computer shuts down immediatly, no warning signals of overheating CPU, or something like that. It does'nt happen everytime im playing the game, but its pretty anoying, can any one help me with that? Incase needed, here are my specs:

Windows XP Home sp. 2 AMD Athlon 64 3000+ proccessor 512 MB Ram ATI 9700 I really like the game, but sucks if things like this still happens... :(

I guess just to be safe you could check to see if the fans are clean (I know you said no overheat warning, but you'd be surprised). Other than that, I don't really know. Power surge? EDIT: Or you can try what Whitlow said.

Well lets see, the regular overheat shutdown on Athlon64 is just a straight shutdown, no warning, nothing, but normally with a laptop you should have the cool and quiet tech running that should slow the laptop down if it overheats, but I am pretty sure this doesn't operate when CPU is running at 100%. So it could be overheating. Get some monitoring software that will make a running log of temperatures and then you can check it after you restart.
