omg omg! this is a very stupid thing i have found out, or maybe there is a simple solution to it, please tell. ok first off, like many other people i downloaded the bf2 demo to test it out, see how the game runs etc etc. now when playing demo i made an account for it and my email is registered under that account. now when i get bf2 i try to make a new account but it says my email is already registered under my other shitty shitty crap crap account! i delate my account which i dont want but i still can't start a new account under my original email!! my friends tell me to just make a new email, but i shouldn't have too! the demo and the actual game should have 2 sepreate database's!!! if anyone has a solution please speak. ~AusHawk

Why should they duplicate an entire account server and system when they already have one up and running. The account server is global and no doubt will be used in many future games as well as BF2 and BF2 SF. Naturally deleting the account from your computer will make no difference since the account is not stored there.
BTW the email thing is a bug, not intentional, I have succesfully created several accounts using the same email address.
I had the same problem but then i just logged into my demo account while playing the full bf2 and it worked.
I didn't make it!
In the demo of BF2, you didn't even need to put in a valid email. I suppose they were too lazy to set up facilities to validate emails for the demo, but I don't know how they did it in the full retail version.
Will you guys please, plaese, please stop resurecting long dead threads! The last post on this thread was nearly a year ago Saladin! No need to drag out of it's cold, quiet grave after all this time.
