Well then .. You need to reinstall your drive..... this has happened before to people using Daemon tools.
If there is something wrong with your disk drive: Try to download the newest software update for it. If there is something wrong with your game : Send a mail to EA Support, They're allways happy to help. Or go to the store where you bought the game, and get a new one.
Maybe this will help... I had an issue in which I would put in a game cd, read it, remove it and it would never read the new cd (or dvd). It always thought the old one was in there. It turned out to be software conflicting. I stopped roxio and intervideo from loading upon startup and it fixed it. Try stopping any cd/dvd writer software or dvd player software from loading upon starup.
