Ok The filters for servers we all know about and use to find a server suitable for you. Ok. I have many of them selected specifically one we all love called not full. Although this is selected.. 99% of the servers on my list are full 32/32 16/16 its all i see. WTF I CANT not find a non full server. Anyway else having this problem?...
I didn't make it!
I dont' have a problem with finding a non full server but there are a lot that are full. The main issue for me is that the filters are not very useful. For example, I refresh my screen and get hundreds of servers, obviously this makes my browser lag. Even with a 2.0mb connection. To search through them all one click down laggs about 5 - 10 secs each time plus if i try to join a game that has 15/16 people it may become full when im about to join. I tgen get brought back to my sever list to select another only to be at the freakin top of the list again. The game seems to be really buggy imo.

I would have to agree that the server browser needs some work. But I don't think the game is too terribly buggy. Perhpas there are some issues that could use some fixing and adjusting. But the game will play all day long with no problem, on my system. And it is a incredibly fun and addictive game to play, just like it's predecessor, BF1942. My biggest beef with the game is the server browser too. If I click on a single server in the browser it dies not get refreshed/updated to show the number of players on it, like it would be in BF1942. If I recall correctly, the server browser in BF1942 was kind of crappy with it's first release too. Let's hope the same thing happens with BF2 that happened with BF1942, that it is improved through various patches. If this is one of the biggest gripes you have with the game then I think that EA/DICE actually did a pretty good job on it. If you think the game is really buggy, then please, let's hear just what all these bugs are. I'm sure there are a few bugs and yes, the server browser kind of sucks, but hopefully it will be made better in the future with some patching. OneTinSoldier

Well, I heard that the server fitlers are supposed to be fixed in the next patch. It's supposed to be similar to Battlefield 1942, update, refresh, add ip, favorites list, etc. For example, one thing I don't like right now is that when you click 'refresh' it refreshes the entire thing, all the servers come up. When I hit refresh I expect it to only refresh the current list. It's a pain to type a server in, and then refresh and you only come to find that you have to type it in again.

Why the hell can't you bookmark favoriates? And yes, the filters are worthless, they don't even include a ping range (ex. CS...filter anything over 100 ping etc...) BOOO!!!! I also just spent the past hour trying to play a ranked game to no success...loss of connection, server full etc etc
