Ok heres the probelm thats been giving me a headache since the release of BF2, for some reason i cannot set the Mouse axis the way i want to under Aircraft and Helo. When i try and change the mouse axis to somthing different it tells me i cant because "that key already exists in Common Controls". Ok! . So i spend countless hours trying to manualy edit the controls.con file and end up getting nowhere. The way i want to set my controls for flying is to Use the Left and Right Arrow Keys to Roll and the Mouse to Turn instead of the default which is the other way around. So i go into the controls.con file and set it to the control layout i want for flying... Controls.jpg

After im done messing around with that I go into the game to see if my controls got set right and for some reason i get this... results.jpg Wtf did i do wrong here !? Ive tryed numerous ways to set it up but never get it right. And yes ive tryed to start out with a Blank Controls.con file and set everything to whut i want.....still doesnt work!!!! FFS EA GET OFF YOUR *** AND FIX THIS MINOR **** Ive been flying this control setup since bf1942 and DC.:deal: I realy need some Expert Advice here cuz i need to get back into the Air again!

Your "roll" controls are defined as keys arrowRight and arrowLeft, but you are using function controlMap.addAxisToAxisMapping, change that line to: controlMap.addKeysToAxisMapping

Do the reverse with the Yaw controls, change the KeysToAxis to AxisToAxis
