here are my specs Intel 3.0 Ghz 64-bit 1024MB RAM ATI Radeon X700 256Mb PCI-E Amptron 19 inch LCD monitor now will this run smooth as silk in high settings?

Please use this thread. http://forums.filefront.com/showthread.php?t=169195&page=10 But yeah, you PC should run on medium-high ok. Consider a new graphics card though.
