The following is the list of items that will be included in the next release - v1.05. This will coming in the 2-4 weeks depending on the amount of free time I have and how many campaign maps I will be including. I'm been focusing this release on game content that will be used in the campaign, not just campaign maps. I'll continue to add to this list as I get closer. For those not aware of this mod - it basically brings the worlds of BFME1 and BFME2 and expands on them. This also fleshes out EA's Arnor and adds Rohan back into the game. There are 4 sections of gameplay: 1) The original RotWK but with a closer balance to BFME2 1.06 2) A new BFME1 style campaign - non-linear that combines the style of BFME1 campaign with the maps of BFME2 and BFME1 as well as new missions. 3) BFME1 revisted maps - This is a mixture of the BFME1 castles combined with build anywhere within/near the walls with expansion point very similar to the BT2DC Conquest mode (Thank you Maddox!) 4) Hero Maps - play a few of the maps that allow you to play all of the heroes from the campaign across the factions. More than 10+ for the good factions and quite a few for the evil including the completely new nazgul system where you play a balanced 9 unique nazguls in a very unique way. - Mod updated with the new patch - included bug fixes and relevant items - Will now use the -mod command - A number of bug fixes and other items (i.e Mumakil being boarded by haradrim, damagescalars all fixed for new units, ai fixes, object groups changed, etc.) - Modified dwarven textures with a mithril mail look and less...colorful (Guardians, Phalanx, Axethrowers...) as well as slightly different randomized textures - Slightly modified textures for Glorfindel, Gloin, Nazguls, Witchking, Fellbeast - Higher quality Easterling skins - New evil heroes (3 troll heroes, 9 unique nazguls in their new system, Gothmog moutable, Dragon Hero Durmalug, and maybe 1 Rhun hero) - Shellmap from BFME1 with new logo and BFME1 loadscreens - 6 new BFME1 style maps - Dunharrow, Cair Andros, Anorien, Mouths of the Entwash, Belfalas, Brown Lands along with the AI for these maps - literally 100s of .bse files - The new gameplay style will be near 100% complete with the capturable buildings and other items added. - So far I have Ithilien (2 versions), Cair Andros, & Erebor slotted to be included. If I get more/less done by the release I'll include more/less. - I'll make a few more of the maps "hero maps" similar to Minas Tirith now where all of the new hereos are available to play. Well, those are the major items. There are a number of small items not listed above. ******************** 1.05 Beta sigh-up ******************** With the next release I am looking to try something different. My previous releases have been all been completely open to everyone. The next will be very similar but I want to try to bring people together to play multiplayer games online as well as provide a forum for suggestions/comments for bugs, balance, etc. So I am doing to do an open private beta. Any idea how close to a new release you're getting? Your mod is amazing and I can't wait for the next one, so release it soon! Email it to our site and I'll post it ASAP!

Thank you. The next release will be coming soon, but I'm going to be doing something a little different. I've added/changed and will be adding/changin a huuge amount for the release so I want to make sure it is all working the way I want. And although I have changed/added so much, I want to release it publically when more maps are finished. (I'm thinking about the time I finish Minas Tirith). I don't want to get into releasing version with only 2-3 maps added, but I do not want to keep those who play the mod from enjoying all the new content. So to meet both ends, I'm creating a semi-public beta to get out any bugs and offer any new ideas. Anyone who wants to sign up as a tester can. If there are only 10 testers that is fine. If there are 100+, that is great. All that you need to do is post at the linked topic or send an e-mail to me - [EMAIL="rob.n.karla@homail.com"]rob.n.karla@homail.com[/EMAIL]. Anyone who wants to play, can. I'm also trying to pull together anyone really interested in the mod to see if I can get some on-line multi-player games going to get those areas tested. I just want to take this mod to its fullest extent. What I'll do is once I finish my trailer I will e-mail the location. If you want to do a news item mentioning the beta test that is all right with me as well. Again, the next release will be available to everyone, but you will have to sign up.
