We pray for the very souls of mankind, that our efforts over the next coming years in this final battle will be enough, for we fear and know, that the odds are stacked so greatly against us...”

The Crucible of War (CoW) is an extremely detailed sci-fi total conversion project for BfME. With features including a highly specialist terrain system with variable effects on units, including movement restrictions and cover generation for troops or even an increasingly powerful emotional system than before, we're set to build something to really show what the engine is capable of. CoW features two diametrically opposed sides, designed to complement gameplay intensively, from the fast-paced and energeic swarm army that is the Clones to the slow moving yet elite troops of Humanity. We've already started working on the project, and hopefully it won't be too long before we'll have something good to show you. For now, all we would like is your support (and maybe a mapper or two, lol), as well as your comments on the project as a whole.

Haha, thanks, it's great to be aboard. Although I should state we're not all that new, we've just been making sure that the team comes together properly before we start real production :)
