I have a question for all you computer whizzes out there. I bought BFME 2 and installed it on my pc. I meet all of the minimum requirments and exceed some of the recommended ones. I get into the game and start playing and usually sometime during play it crashes and i get this "game.dat" error. Here is my system information:

So, yes that i believe is all the might be the required information. If you could help me out that would be great. My roomates have the game and both run it fine...but my pc which is better than both of theirs can't run it. Please help me if you can!

This has happend to alot of people, if you patch your game this may happen to you. Try installing the latest patch and see what happens. If it doesnt help uninstall the game then reinstall it making sure you take out your replays and added maps and stuff. There have been loads of threads and these seem to be the only solutions.

Yeah i have tried that too. I have even gone to the extent of formatting my HD to see it that would fix the problem. Of course it didn't! So i guess i am going to have to wait until they come out with some fix or something.

They wont come out with a fix, contact EA directly at their customer support and say what the problem is.
