This is what shows up when I go to Online Play. Please if anyone knows what this means and how I should go about fixing it please let me know. Thank you!

It' simple because your running vista you have to go to the start menu (the toolbar at the bottomand the little button the the far left) then press all programs and then find electronic arts. Once there right click on check for update then click on run as administrator. Then the game will update after that you will be able to play online and have a great time.:)

I got over this problem by doing the following: - Right clicK on the Battle for Middle Earth icon on the screen. Select the option "Run as Administrator". Answer "Yes" to the next question to allow program to update your computer. Continue to the main menu and select "Multiplayer" and then "Online" and the Online screen will appear. Enjoy! :)
