Just make note that the Battlecraft you get on the CD isn't up to date with the new patch, so here's what you need to do:

Download Battlecraft 1.2: http://battlefieldvietnam.filefront.com/file/BattleCraft_Vietnam_12;32015

When opening Battlecraft 1.2, you MIGHT get the message: "This configuration 'BFvietnam.cfg' appears to be out of date. It is suggested that you re-create this configuration in order to use new content" If this is the case - just locate the file 'BFvietnam.cfg' in the battlecraft folder, delete it, and install battlecraft 1.2 again - that should sort THAT problem.

Notice now that the new vehicles etc from the 1.21 patch are available in battlecraft, but, notice ALSO that the idiots at EA forgot to put the Quad 50. in with this list. You'll need to do that yourself, here's how:

Find the bfv.lst file, and open it with a word processor, you’ll see that it has a list of all the objects in it (apart from the Quad 50), scroll down the list and go to the "[STATIONARY_WEAPONS]" section, and type this in the list:

Quad50=StandardMesh(ve_statQuad50_base_m1)
Just remember to save the file, then close and open up Battlecraft - voila - all the 1.2 patch extras, nice... Good to go...
