I know that other people hear the games default music but do they hear added music like if I were to add another one bites the dust or any random song, they would hear it even though they don't have it in their folder?

No. The only one who hears the music you put into the MyMusic folder is you. Plus, even if several people have the exact same filenames in your MyMusic folder, you and any others will not be able to hear the new music coming from any other source. (i.e. no passing Huey will be playing any of the custom songs, even though you both have the same files) Also, when you place any MP3 into the MyMusic folder, the original BFV music choices disappear until you clear out the contents of the MyMusic folder. You can still hear the original music if played by anyone else, but you will be unable to choose them yourself.
