Hey I'm having a problem whenever I play singleplayer no matter how low I turn the graphics it is still lagy as hell! I have a Geforce 5500, a Pentium4 Hyper thread processor and the latest nvidia drivers 77.77. I turn all the settings on low and still get a realy bad lag I mean realy bad lag! Is there anything else I could do to get rid of this?

Did it work fine before u updated drivers? Or to that question...have u updated ur drivers recently? In that case, BF:V might need a patch for some *newest* drivers, there getting, more complex and tech is growing day by day

I updated my drivers recently yes but before I updated them their was still a bad lag. I guess I should just buy a 6 series card.

Oh,, wait i see ur problem. Ya, the 5500 wont work for BF:V. You have to over clock it. But if you dont kno how, might wanna just get something that is 5700 LE and UP.

A 5500 should work fine with BFV, I could run the game on a GF 4 440mx. Try scaling down the sound settings (people often forget this and only look at graphic settings) and see if that helps. Also experimenting with different drivers abit more to see if you notice a difference.

How do you overclock a graphic card? I can't realy offord a 6 series card right now and even if I could I would get a 256MB one the 128 is just not enough.

Game works fine for me and I have an Intel Extreme 2, 96mb, onboard graphics card. With that level of graphics, I am surprised any Nvidia or ATI card wouldn't work....
