I cannot figure out how to get my friends to just directly connect to my PC so we can play a Multiplayer Co-op mission. I've tried using the BFV Server Manager, however my friends receive "CONNECTION FAILED" errors after entering the password. Any ideas?

Are you all running the same version? If not, everyone needs to update to the most recent BFV patch. Are you behind a router? If so, you need to have port 15567 open. Server Manager? Isn't that just for Dedicated Servers? To run a Co-Op game just fire up BFV normally, go to Multiplayer, Create Game. Click Co-Op on the bottom left then choose your maps/ticket ratio/enemy ratio.

I am behind a firewall however, I have opened port 15567 and forwarded it to my PC running BFV. I'll double check the versions, that's the only thing I can think of. Also, once you have started the Mulitplayer game when should my friends join in? while the game is loading? when I get to the READY screen? Once I've started the game?

They should try to hop in after you've already loaded. If you specify a minimum number of players it'll wait until that many have joined, then it'll restart.

Its simple if you have no firewall and are all on the same version. Sadly, I have given up on playing BFV at home, since my computer doesn't update well.
