I am currently trying to get through E2 M3. I have gotten to the part where you are trying to disable the warp core of the Marauder. However, no matter what I tell Felix to do, he doesn't target the warp core. I had been setting him to Target At Will / Disable and then selecting the Warp Core from the subsystems target list, but that didn't seem to work, so I tried just setting him to Disable and selecting Warp Core, and he then destroyed the Marauder. Can someone please give me step-by-step instructions to disabling the warp core of the Marauder? I have run through this mission up to this point probably 30 times now, variously ending in either destroying the Marauder or (usually) the ship entering warp. Help! :(

hey there dude. when trying to diale the maurader don't target the warp core but instead target the warp engines. For example target the port warp and comtinue firing till it turns grey, then do the same to the starboard engin till it turns grey then when both are grey it should be disabled. This can be done without felix doing it for you. Simply select either port or starboard and fire away, hope this helps abit Picard Out.:uhm: :type: :saber:

I just want to add.. I belive you have to disable both engines... one is not enough... else is everything right

Target WARP ENGINES and use both torpedoes (to collapse the shields) and phasers (high setting to collapse shields, low setting to disable the engines)

I just set weapons and engines to max, set felix to disable, then subselect the warp engines
