It's hard to say between these three...I guess what I'm going to do is at one point or another borrow/rent/or purchase them all. I cant let a WWII game slip through my fingers without playing it ya know?
I'm a fan of all three games and I love each and every one of them...with the exception of anything MOH since Allied Assault.
There are weaknesses and strengths though, putting COD 3 only on console was a horrible idea and has and will continue to anger a HUGE group of COD fans...yet if you think of it the PC is dying (as much as I hate to say it) a slow death in the gaming world. BIA: HH will have its fans jumping for joy, I love the squad based gameplay mixed with realism and FPS style. As for MOH...I'm not to sure, if they got it right then we could be looking at a sweet game, if they screw up then just throw it in there along with Spearhead, Breakthrough, Rising Sun, and whatever else they came out with.
I didn't make it!
Cod 3 will be amazing and maybe better graphics and details and stuff but the cod2 campaign was amazing and there is maybe no improvements to this. The other games like Moh sucks since its so retarded, you can hold almost 7 guns and a bazooka which is about 200 lbs combined and u can take over 500 shots no die and usually its u some other guy which = 2 guys blowing up 10 tanks killing 200 germans and not even get hurt which i think is retarded Cod3 is a lot more realistic then that hopefully
COD3 will rock on the PS3 and MOH looks good as well brothers in arms im not in2 but i think they will give PC gamers a COD3 like COD2 and COD2 the big red 1 (COD2 on PC big red 1 on PS2 etc) i will be surprised if they dont tho still long live COD!!!!!! :bows::bows::bows:
Hanbit;3192376Brothers In Arms: Hells Highway is absolutely the worst game ever.
Yeah I got confused with Brothers In Arms: Earn in Blood with Hells Highway. But Considering all the Brothers In Arms series right now.... I am not going to buy Brothers In Arms: Hells Highway until someone who does buy it tell me that its real good such as vCall Of Duty.
Another vote for MOH: Airborne, but I'm a long time MOH fan. Hopefully they'll keep the realism of self bandaging, medic calling, and needing to lie prone and get serious attention when wounded badly. Sure it can be annoying at times and takes timing and anticipation, but that's how war is.
yeah im waiting to get my XBOX 360 since im a microsoft XBOX fan, hate windows though =] but yeah i dont think that this Medal of Honor will be a big flop like all the rest excluding Allied Assault until Call of Duty came along. after Call of Duty Medal of Honor has pretty much died. I was looking forward to getting Pacific Assault and then i saw some bad PC Gamer reviews and i was like ok well what-the-hell ill try it. I bought it and it was a total flop with the loading times and realism, just overall crappy. after that i rushed in and bought United Offensive. Activision has never ceased to amaze me with the Call of Duty series. Yeah they arent going to have a Call of Duty 3 of PC but Call of Duty 4 and Call of Duty Modern Combat wont be that far behind. Overall i thought that the Brothers in Arms series were pretty good. I like having a squad and the realism that went along with the game unlike Medal of Honor where you can take 500 shots and not die. By the way, I'm on the Activision newsletter and Call of Duty 3 is comming out this November, 2006. I'm still gonna wait 'till Modern Combat or CoD 4 but lookin good.

I just learned the Call of Duty 4 will be Call of Duty Modern Combat, and that Call of Duty 5 may possibly be Call of Duty Future Warefare. also the reason for CoD4 to be comming out so soon after CoD 3 is because Activision let another company, Treyarch Games, who did the Call of Duty Big Red One for consoles. that is the reason CoD3 is only for console. I knew the last part earlier but had forgotten when i wrote my lil article
brothers in arms is the best ww2 fps in a long time, its realistic, action packed, and has an awesome story. the first two were amazing and i cannot wait for BIA HH to come out. Im a big fan of MOH, but they've made to many games, there just gunna keep making more and more crappy games instead of working a long time on one game. cod3 would be good if it was coming for PC but fps on console is as much fun as sticking a pin in an outlet. BIA all the way
tompson;3326764...but yeah i dont think that this Medal of Honor will be a big flop like all the rest excluding Allied Assault until Call of Duty came along.
Hopefully they learned their lesson on Pacific Assault's mp, which is mostly what killed it, Pac Assault's sp is fine.
(A bit OT) As for the 360, I'm leaning more towards the PS3 but am a bit worried about how well Blu Ray will do comopared to HD DVD. THAT's the real issue on PS3 vs the 360, not value of product. It doesn't take a genius to see that a console with hi def disc player built in for $500 is a lot more affordable than adding a $200 HD DVD player to the 360 which totals at least $600. Those that are trying to make the PS3 sound overpriced just aren't seeing the big picture.
One would think that 4 out of 7 major movie studios backing Blu Ray along with numerous large electronics corporations would mean stability of the foprmat's future, especially when you consider only 1 studio is backing HD DVD. Throw Microsoft into the mix and their backdoor software deals and suddenly you have a lot of HD DVD fanboys trying to make Blu Ray sound like crap.
I would by BIA for PC, as tactical shooters work better on computers, but I would have to get a new comp. I'd get MOH:A over CoD 3, because Call of duty series has been the same since day 1, the gameplay never changes, just the visuals, but MOH is far more inovative, look at MOHPA, it was an amazing game that had loads of cool gameplay features, and IMO was better than CoD 2. So I'd get BIA for Pc, and MOH: A for PC or PS3.
Skunkscraps;3181037 well cod3 wont suck if u have a 360 cus a 360 rivals alot of ppls computers graphics and thats just now.WHen game devs start to master the 360s graphics and capabilities the games will Beat all but the most hardcore gamers machine...
When a game focuses too much on graphics its never too good. I think the devs have really hit the peak of the 360s capabilities, and by the time they hit it too the max, there will already be nice PC parts that will be widely accessible. If its one advantage a PC has is its expandability. With the 360, you're stuck with what you got. Keep in mind most of these games are developed on a high end PC with the developer kits.
As for those games, here are my opinions on their outlooks.
BIA: Can't say much. I haven't been keeping track with it. From what I have I seen, the AI and scripting interests me. One thing caught me eye though with how your squad mates will help eachother up and form connections.
COD3: Not for PC, only consoles. I have a feeling it won't be to the level of COD 1 and 2. Only thing that interests me is the destructable environments and the hand to hand thing. I mean, CoD2 was only released a year ago, and they're about to dish out CoD3. No expansions or things that would've brought back things we missed from CoD 1. Also, no Soviets. The Polish Resistance faction I like the sound of, not so much the Canadian one. I think they could've dished out the Soviets as well, but I guess they wanted to throw this one out as quick as they can for the holidays for the $$$
MOH: Airborne- This one looks really interesting. Being as it'll be the series I've been exposed to for a while. The way how you'll paradrop in to areas where you select, and if EA holds their word, affect the out come of a mission with your decisions. The upgrading thing is pretty cool, and the graphics look pretty nice. If this one does well, this one will probably be the one I'll get.
