If anyone was looking for a good place to find some realistic, and kicka$$ Lee-enfield, Bren, Thompson sounds, you should look at Kokoda. I saw it last night and it was great! and the sound effects were awsome, they sounded like real weapons. My dad fired a Lee-enfield when he was in the cadets and says thats exactly what those rifles sounded like. The whizz-by effects are pretty good as well. Its still in the cinemas here at the moment, but when it comes out on DVD, someone should get those sounds for COD2. I also highly recommend seeing the film.

well I'd like it if people whom own several of these guns to record themselves firing their peticular gun.Now that would be a good gun sound pack actual unedited sound! Iw has all kinds of resources so I dont know why they didnt put in actual sounds note, it'd be nice if game makers actually had a feel for weapons before making them so that they could make the weapon behave as realistically as possiable this would end the ramboesc arcade game types we see today(so a WW2 gun buff would be a perfect ww2 game maker).-small random thought of the day-

Yeah, If only the makers of COD series followed by example of the Brothers in arms games. Now there is attention to detail. All weapons done realistically. The only problem is, the game never seemed as fun as the usual...

...if only they could combine the two. Now there would be a perfect ww2 shoot'em up.
