you dont need to watch the whole of watership downsyndrome to get it, omen just didnt get it :( , he shouldve watched it all before commenting. the vid is about killing bunny hoppers, with the sureal edited watership down (bunnys)mixed with us chasing and bashing bunny hoppers. its as simple as that, there as some scenes where the bunnys die and a few monty python bits aswell as a couple of clan injokes that only we would get , but the main story is bunny hoppers suck the big 1 and should all be bashed and banished, i here the awe 8 beta has an anti jumping mod where your gun vanishes when you jump :) the only exception is dogback mountain where the funny part is at end of vid. we hope our vids bring a laugh to the general public but it is all about us being a clan and having fun, wether making vids or playing the game :)
TallyIf someone has to watch a film in order to understand a cod frag video, then its only going to appeal to a limited number of people.
Do you understand the point I am trying to make?
yeah :wtm: hope you enjoy the movies :mEk:

Apparently not, if you need further clarification ww it was a combination of the poor vid quality and having to watch much if not most of the first half in a cartoon that was IMHO a poor attempt at making your point comically. It's also an easy way to use someone elses work/cartoon to try and make yours look good/funny, and thus fails to be original.
As well you're trying to appeal to a group of players viewing these vids that are largely comprised of kids from teenage to mid twenties. Many of them are just now getting to the point of affording serious gaming rigs or next gen consoles. Do you really think they want to be taken out of that immersion by watching a vid that takes them out of the gaming experience and uses a lot of cartoon stuff which is just a throwback to the childhood they are now trying to mature beyond?
As far as VDub goes, you kinda missed the point there too, that was just an example of how I do it for free. Obviously if one is given a top notch editor like Premier Pro one ought to do the one that gave it to them some due respect by prioritizing learning how to make full use of it's potential. Trust me, if you do that you will not likely need to bother with any other editors. There are many good tutorials written for Premier Pro being as it is one of the best editors but complex to use. You may, however, actually have to break down and pay for one.
I will end by saying there are two ways to improve your video making, very slowly and naievly by adoring the compliments, or taking the criticism of those experienced at it seriously and adapting as you go. The way to learn is by acknowledging your mistakes, not by clinging to the praise of those whom may have never even attempted such projects.
Once you get good enough at it to enter contests, if you choose to do so, you will have your eyes opened to the realm of true professionals whom have years of experience at it. Of course there is some hype about content used at times, but this is generally a craft that is known for that. None the less, even if the judging seems a bit unfair at times there is much that can be learned along the way from those whom have made a living at it.
