Thanks,

AcE;4053927Sound options/setup turn game music to 0%

I don't have that option - under "Options" and then "Sound" I have the option for # of speakers, quality, EQ, and volume; nothing for music. I downloaded my COD4 through Steam so I do not have a setup option in the Start Menu.

Yes I noticed that too, link is dead. (EDITED) I just found this on TweakGuides.com: "snd_enable2D [0,1] - (cheat) If set to 0, disables 2D sounds - that is, sound effects such as clicking buttons and background music." Since CoD4 uses a slightly revamped version of the engine CoD2 uses, this may work for CoD4 too. I assume after much Googling that the method linked to above only works for mp. I've yet to find anything other than what TweakGFuides mentions for CoD2 for sp.
