Not exactly clear on what your asking? Are you asking what upgrades for your computer that would make it better? Or another thing?

Graphics, just make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card. Sound, same thing, update your sound card if possible..

You need to know what type of video card you have first ATI or Geforce card, do this goto control panel/display/settings/advanced., after you have done that, at the very top, it will say something like this 'plug and play montior and Radeon 9800 Pro Properties'. or it will say Geforce XXXX Properties. This will tell you what card you have. If its an ATI card goto www.ati.com and if its a geforce card goto www.nvidia.com for the latest updates, download the newest drivers and install. But what ever you do, make sure you know what card you have first, if you don't and install the wrong drivers, you will be in big trouble

Killer when asking for help, just make it a little clearer in what your asking. Take Angel_Eyes advice and update all your hardwares drivers to the latest possible, it can help immensly.
