Is there a program where you can put the program on the CoD folder in an FTP folder, where the game is installed, and you can click it and it shuts down the codmp.exe and re-starts it up? Is there a program that can do this??

With our hosted game server, there is an file in the game directory: server_start.exe. We only have to log in with Putty and then type in that command. You could also look at faqs on the web page of you provider.

Yeah, usually most server providers have a script or executable file that you just need to run. Just log on to your server's FTP and find that file.

Well actually my clan owns a server already, but I want to find a program so I dont have to contact the head guy who runs it (gen of my clan) so I can just fully restart it my self. That is what I am asking.

Then start putty, log into the ip of your server and there you should be able to restart. I have to use the program (which is on the server) mc, to be able to start the file server_start.exe
