go on the sever and tell the admin? if you do not have his IP then, you can't do shit.

You cannot do a thing if you dont have the suspect's IP. Next time you see him, if there is a next time, tell the admin on the server. Go to the server's website and email them, if theres not an admin on the server. They can get the IPof the player if you tell them the name.
