Thanks for the replies, just order COD and UO, I cant wait to get them, probably monday.

Just wanted to ask, I will first install COD, do I have to install any patches before I install UO, or do I need any other patches after intalling UO? I will only play MP (no SP)

Thanks again for the replies,

The patch for CoD comes with the UO expansion, so you're all good.

I really suggest you try single player, though...

Rather biased considering what forum this is. Let's go over to SoFII and ask them. ;)

Call of Duty is, but not United Offensive.

I myself recently resumed playing SOF 2, primarily for the pleasure obtained from it's unique gore system. Peronsally I do not believe that it should be a 'replacement' for Call of Duty, or it's expansion pack for that matter. There has never been a gibbing system quite like the one used in SOF 2, and until another FPS title is developed with such, I do not believe that it will ever be forgotten. Consider this: each game has a different feel and style of play, therefore there is a reason why COD's maps are more frequently laid out in the geography of a country side, whereas SOF's maps are more comparable to those of Doom 3 in their layouts. They are much more confined for a much slower pace of play.
