In set up what are the differences between "prone" and "go to prone" and other assignments that look alike? I'm assuming there is a difference otherwise why bother?

one is go to prone, the other is toggle prone. the difference being that if you have your key for just prone say 'p' when you hit it you will go prone, if u hit it again nothin will happen, you will stay prone, with toggle prone if you hit it again you will return to your previous stance.

Rather that pressing keys I assigned prone and crouch functions to the mouse wheel. Forward=prone, Crouch=back. Depress the wheel button for melee attack. I'm looking for a decent key to assign sprint to because I fed up of accidentally press the windows key instead of alt ... that causes all kind of problems
