i recently relized in all except ps1 moh versions the m1 garand culd not be reloaded mid clip also same thing in day of defeat cod brothers in arms and battle feild 1942 + but that is wrong the m1 was reloadable mid clip

M1 Garand could not be loaded until the clip was empty (a common mistake throughout the video game world), when, in fact, it could be.

lol yea they could but it would take up a lot of time that soldiers didnt have PLUS, it would probabaly slow down FPS for ppl with bad computers. AND you would have to take out the rounds 1 by 1 (which would suk) (see Band of Brothers: Replacements for more evidence) oh and btw that (if it ever came out) would most likely be a mod not a patch...

its wuldent be a mod because its not a modifacation same with the mosin the mauser the enfeild you wuld have to take out that little metal strip the bullets are on to reload and for somone to belive the we wuld make such a gun that culd not be reloaded is stupid we even used that gun 2 or 3 years into vietnam same with the bar grease gun thompson m1 carbine and the 1911 colt

ok.... let me put this in terms you can understand FIRST: we DID NOT use WW 2 weapons in Vietnam (except the BAR, we did use the Bar) , you're thinking of Korea wich is an entirely different war. SECOND:Patches dont usually make such radical changes in the game, yes they can help gameplay and other parts of the game but not a extravegant as adding loads of new scripting (otherwise they mine as well make another game...). Third:Yes it would most likely be a mod because it would be a heavy addition to the game (not to mention one that is comepletly inaccurate) and so probably would be a separate file if ever it was released. Trust me I've seen some pretty big Mods in all my CoD playing, some that are A LOT bigger then realoading the M1 clip mid-clip. So yes, in entirety it would most likely be a Mod rather then a patch. And besides (one last word) patches usually deal with fixing the game rather then adding a whole bunch of new stuff.
