Yeah it is quite easy! All you need to disable is the firework...which does weaken you're computer but the virus protection is still on...the firewall blocks the bugs that try to go into you're computer and monitor you're comp then send back information to they're owners. Anyway. Go on Norton Internet Security. There should be a button named: Personal Firewall ON and in the right lower corner 2 buttons: Turn Off Configure I guess you know that you should click on Turn Off...this is how I play and how I use my mikerophone on the net :) Guess that should help Welcome:

I WOULDN'T recomend turning off your Firewall (not firework). Instead, go to Internet Security>Personal Firewall>Cofigure>Programs>Add. From there, you need to go into your hard drive and find where Call of Duty originally launches from. I say originally, because adding the shortcut to the unblocked programs list won't work.

That won't work since the game uses more ports! It usually bugs in. Anyway why bother with that. The firewall is just a first wall that viruses block. If you have cleansweep and norton then usually cleansweep notices and starts loging every installation. I have tried to add the game and it didn't really work. The bugs that enter you're can be cleaned off with: Ad-Aware or Spybot So...I usually check my computer every week. I turn the firewall off when playing and I turn it on when I am using the web. That is basicly the only place where you can get tons of bugs! :) You do what you think is best.
