Praet0rianso i wasnt wrong! Ha!
Actually... :D you were :) And bullet too. The one with less bullets was called the PPSh-43, which had 35 bullets. (The one I suggested) If you put 20/35 bullets in a PPSh-41 with the normal sized mag, it would just look silly. Anyway, as Schtoogie said, loads of the 41s were produced. I have pictures of Russian soldiers with 41s in Berlin. About one of my 37 pictures of the Eastern front features a PPSh-43, so, I'd stick with the 41 after reconsidering.
troop carrier, boats, planes in other words all the items that you use in the single player mode. Love to get my hands on the guns that you use to destroy the planes in single player mode winknudge.gif

That would be quite hard for them, don't you think? Especially putting planes into a game which is centered around foot combat online. It would take very, very very long to do. New suggestion: Weapon limitations a bit like the HoB mod.

Oh boy, where do I start here... I'll start with the first response I got and then work to the end. I have already renamed the Elefant to Ferdinand, and it has no defensive MG - just like in real life. I just called it the Elefant here in case people were like "Huh? wtf?" For instance, here's the game code for it, just for kicks: REFERENCE ELEFANT_HINT LANG_ENGLISH "Press [{+activate}] to use the Ferdinand" :p Damage has been increased a substantial amount and tank armor decreased, respectively. All the medium tanks have the same stats pretty much... They all do the same damage, because all three of those guns represented (I'm not talking about the 75mm M3, that was a piece of dog crap. I'm talking about the 76.2mm, found on the M4A3E8... currently in the mod the Sherman III has E8 stats just to keep it off the brink of utter uselessness.) had roughly the same penetration stats. The armor differs when you look at the code, but in tank-tank combat you won't see the difference, but that will remain unchanged until we can get the Tiger in... after that I'll think about lowering the Panzer IV's armor. It was pretty crappy throughout the whole war (and on the Ausf. H model that is in game - although for realism I know the Ausf. H was built after Kursk but then again so was the T-34/85 :p ), with 80mm being the max on the Ausf. H model. Unless an SDK is released, different damage for individual parts on the tanks is impossible. Sad, I know... Russians will eventually get a PTRS-41 that they can spawn with and deploy, although not in MG nests - firing the PTRS-41 in any other position except a prone one would most likely result in broken bones. Usually it wouldn't be that severe but the recoil on that thing rivals that of an M82 Barrett .50 caliber sniper rifle. This has already been answered, but the PPSh-41 - nor any other PPS or PPD variant - never had a 20-round clip. Twenty shots at 900 rounds per minute would vanish faster than you could take your finger off the trigger... However, there was a 35-round clip, and it became more popular as the war dragged on for two reasons: it was easier to produce, and the 71-round drum had a tendency to jam up occasionally, much like the plate-fed MGs, like the DP-28, did. Sorry highroyd, but boats and planes aren't on the to-do list, nor ever will be. Planes are impossible - even with an SDK - and boats, as far as I'm concerned, can't be coded either. I don't see much use for either of them anyway... you can get anywhere you want to by land in all of the maps, so what's the point? Troop carriers in the form of Halftracks and Lorries (along with Jeeps) will be available however, you can count on that... although lorries may be dropped to make room for other, more important vehicles if UO cannot handle that many. We've already got weapon limitations coded in. I'm sure you'll be very satisfied with them ;) One issue I forgot to address - anti-tank rockets are much more accurate (except for the Panzerfaust, which is less accurate) and effective. I am thinking about giving them all a limited range however - 60m for the Panzerfaust, 100m for the Panzerschreck, and 200m for the Bazooka. Those are relatively realistic values and they also help balance out the damage for each of them - now before you argue about how you can only carry one Panzerfaust, I'll remind you that they are everywhere. You can find one in almost any building... so who needs ammo? They also only had an effective range of 60m, hence... well, you know. Hope you're satisfied with the things that are being planned for this mod. Keep the ideas coming!
