Wow I thought many people will say the Korean War was worst CAUSE IT IS.... As you know Vietam War wouldnt have started if the Korean war didnt. Vietnam Started cause of Korea. And solietjake is wrong at the casualties.

In the Korean war the U.S lost 50,000 Men including 5,000 more missing still in Korea. In the Vietnam war the U.S lost 50,000 also and Both were the same but the Korean war took more American lives.Another thing is that if there was no treaty then the Korean war would have nearly been a World War Three. And also we lost our greatest General in that war after he was discharged by Truman.

ALSO the Korean war is still not over.... This is ceasefire mode is the longest war in U.S history. In Korea there are small fighting when NKPA is trying to invade South again. Ask your grandfather about this war because if you learn more about the 38th Parrell it is like ANOTHER VERISON of the Berlin Wall but still is at Korea. Also Korea had more harsh battles like The TWO HILLS OF KOREA battle which took the same amount of Soldiers in Pearl Harbor.

IMO Vietnam was worse....I've been there and the museum in Saigon formely called the 'American War Crimes' museum was horrific, some of the things the American's inflicted on the innocent villagers.....America lost 58,000 in 'Nam and the Vietnamese lost roughly 5,000,000. But the damage of war still goes on today as thousands are born suffering from deformities as a result of Agent Orange and Napalm. It should also be noted that Vietnam had the most tonnage of bombs dropped on it EVER. They completely wrecked the jungle and cities and as an overall result for nothing as they lost. If ur gonna cause that much damage to a country shudnt u at least succeed in wot u intended to do???

The United States military, to the best of my knowledge, did not commit any acts more atrocious than what the North Vietnamese and Viet Cong threw at them.
