Hey, I'm going to try and add a Covenant Cruiser from Halo above San Fierro. However I can't find any way to add new pieces into GTA:SA. Does anyone know how I could add pieces to SA and what type of file I need to make? Or does anyone know where I might find a tutorial on the Mapping tool? I might also try and add some immobile suits from Gundam Wing. I was thinking of some Leos near Area 69. Also any help offered would be nice. Thanks, Chakotay02

Hopefully this will inspire people to start creating an entire Halo mod, with Elites and Grunts, Jackals and Marines and much more.

if you want a halo mod, why don't you just play halo?

Because I want to create a mod for San Andreas. I'm not asking wether or not I'm going to create a mod I'm asking help to create a mod. Also, you've got different playing options in SA then in Halo.

I hope that's not considered advertising, that's the only place he will be able to go full-on in editing San andreas. I could write a tut here, but why? I'm not snatching stuff from my home, and Im not rewriting stuff here. You do not need to register to read and learn at GTAF, only to post if you get stuck.

You need to make DFF models, col2 models for collison, and TXD files containing the textures for your models.

Porting content from one game to another is illegal, so do not go too into detail about your mod at GTAF.

Oh, and read all the tutorials before posting a new topic. N00bish stuff is not tolerated at GTAF, and you'll be not0n00b pretty quick at GTAF anyway because our community is huge and full of information.
