Every mod ive ever used has come with a readme file that tells you where you have to put files and how to exec them... every mod is different in how they exec so i cant be more specific if i dont know what mod your trying to use??? if i doesnt come with a readme file then id try running the server with the mod in your /uo folder and see if it works. As for rotation (guessing you mean map rotation) it is in your .cfg file usually near the bottom... just edit it with notepad and restart your server.

A UO server is very much like a MOH server as they are on the same game engine (quake3).
The easy way to install mods is to put them in either the COD 'main' folder, or the 'uo' folder.
To change a rotation, you need a server config file.
Here is a blank one - get it from the attachment below.
Just open the zip file, and edit it as you want. The rotation is at the end.
Place this dedicated.cfg file in your 'uo' folder, and then you are ready to boot up your server.
Is this a dedicated server run on your own system (you have more than 1 pc)? or is it a rented server?
