I have done some maping for a few other games and I have seen wierd problems before. This one has me stumped. I have a simple room with a light, player start and 6 walls including the floor. I have done some maping for MOHAA and the interface is basicly the same as COD. I have tried everything I can think of to make this work. When I compile the map and load it, I am stuck in the floor? I have tried raising the player start but no matter where I put it, Im still stuck. I tried overlapping all the walls to be sure. Anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?

Thats not the problem, as I said before I have tried raising the spawn point. I even tried placing it in the sky no where near the floor. Still I get stuck? It has to be something else.
Yes im having the same problem and its not because my spawn point is in the floor or under it.. its about 16 grid squares off the floor. So could someone plz maby help us out.. thank you.

Because you do not have the game type set in your .arena file. Or, place a DM spawnpoint in the map with an intermission.
just make 2 tdm spawn point and the ground and then compile and when u first go in the map it will look like that but then when spawn ur be able to run about
