*sighs* I don't know if i am just stupid or what, but i can't seem to install CoD I installed it once along time ago(like when it first came out, then uninstalled...)but yeah. Whenever i try to reinstall it i get some kind of DemoShield pop up crap, and it has uninstall instead of install(I DON'T SEE HOW I STILL HAVE IT INSTALLED). Even if i click single player, multiplayer, uninstall w/e the DemoShield pops up. It's so weird, and its pissing me off I hope someone can help me... Sorry if this was stupid I just couldn't figure it out :(

Have you searched your whole pc for any files the previous install made ?

Cause it sounds like the same problem I had with MoHAA. I installed the demo and a few weeks later the whole game, but I had to uninstall the demo first for MoHAA to work. Sam

I believe that you did not uninstall correctly the last time, so if your problem is with the autostart menu showing "uninstall" instead of "install", you have two solutions: 1)Use a registry cleaner software to clear out the previous Call of Duty entries 2)Manually start the setup via the CD, not Autostart. To do this, go to My Computer/ (which, if in drive, should show up on the screen) and click explore. Next there are a number of files, so find the one called setup that opens up the install function, click it, and then complete the setup. I hope that you got this :D
