It's probably duplicate CD-Keys registered with Punkbuster.

Has anyone ever seen your CD-Key from the back of your manual? Have you ever given it to someone over the internet? If so then Punkbuster is causing the problem because it sees that two of the same cd-keys are registered on the same server.

The only other way someone could have your key is if someone opened it up in the shop (unlikely) before you bought it. That is if you did actually buy it in a shop or got is second hand or off the internet.

Try filtering out servers using Punkbuster using the filter in the multiplayer server display screen. That means you can play on servers which won't boot you for having a duplicate key.

Some spyware programs are designed to steal the CD-Keys of popular games from your machine - this could well be the case with you, meaning it is not your fault. I would advise you just wait till later; it won't kill you.

Good point. Try running a program like Adaware or Spyhunter on your system to stop anything like that happening. Try looking at the list of programs in the tech forum for some links.

Did you DL COD UO from ***** or bittorrent? There is one copy posted by limiteddivx that is going everywhere on the net where everyone get it then realize they get that error when trying to get into a game. That copy is supplying one cd key and EVERYONE is using it. The cure is to GET A LEGIT COPY.

Another could be spyware that is grabbing your cd keys, SN#s. Use Spybot to nuke those of if you are good then extract the spyware to find out where it is distributing the codes and report them. Ran into this problem with UT2004 and found several people trying to grab codes but either way that method is not broadband enough to cause this issue.

Filtering out punkbuster servers will not help at all.
