Have you tried going into (your) hard drive> program files > Call of Duty > mods > UO. I believe that that is the right directory, I'm on my laptop and can't check at the moment. But anyway, see if you can find the UO folder, and if UO finished installing.

The problem is almost certainly caused by corrupt pk3 files in the COD install itself. See my other posts in the last couple of weeks for the sizes.

To solve the problem I would manually copy and paste all the pk3 files over from the UO CDs, to the 'uo' folder. They are in the CD directories: setup > data > uo. When asked if you want to replace any existing files, do so.

After you have done this check the pk3 file sizes as this gives you the heads-up that they are workable and not corrupted or incomplete. This is what they should be:

UO 1.41 pk3 file Sizes:

localised English pakuo00.pk3 123,141,455 bytes pakuo00.pk3 161,403,007 bytes pakuo01.pk3 162.311.029 bytes pakuo05.pk3 725,304 bytes pakuo06.pk3 238,582 bytes
