my friend doesnt feel like registering :( so he wants me to post for him, whenever he trys to enter a server it says awaiting gamestate then the following appears ' Couldn't load player animation script mp/playeranim.script' he says none of this happened untill after he downloaded mcaffee virus protection... this can be a lead. ->thank you

try uninstalling mcfee off and see if that fixes the problem. But the error message means that a pk3 file has become corrupt. If he hasnt applied any patches ie: v1.5 or v1.51 then he can just recopy all the pk3 files over from the setup cd's. If you need anymore information please post back.

Hey im the friend SE jesus was talking about. I took off Mcafee and un and reinstalled it so many times and bro it still doesnt work, can you please help me so i can get back on track and play with my friend..?? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

ok now i have a new problem. I deleted the game to reinstall it and when i enter the disk it says its still instaled :| how much more worse can this screwed up game get! Any ideas on how to fix this too!? Thanks for your help

You need to delete the cod.ini file. Thats why your pc (i.e. windows) is telling you that its still installed. here's how to do it: Removing the COD.INI file from your hard drive. 1) Click the Start button > Find (or Search) > Files & Folders. 2) Search your C:\ drive for a file named COD.INI. 3) The file should be located in C:\WINDOWS. 4) Delete this file. 5) Reboot your machine. At this point the game is completely removed from your system.

ok i still have that animation problem, i tried and deleted everything and reinstalled the game numerous times, what is wrong!?!? do i need a new copy or something? help :'(

ok like i saw it..my friend tells me i have a video card..and told me to DL GameShadow, but it still doesnt work..it worked before..do you know anything about Shader files cz in UO all i see are black outlines..if i can fix that easily then i just play UO and forget CoD. Thanks
