probably your FramesPerSecond (FPS) To check your FPS type the following in your console. /cg_drawfps 1 (to display your fps) /cg_drawfps 2 (details) /cg_drawfps 0 (take away display)

Post your average FPS after you do so. (What number is it mostly?)

Make sure Vertical Sync is disabled. Go to Options > Performance > Sync Every Frame > No. Also, try editing your config_mp file found in the COD 'Main' folder. Open it with Worpad, press F to bring up the search box and find 'maxfps'. The game defaults it to being a quarter of your RAM (in my case the default was 128 as I had a gig of RAM). Change it to 333. So, the entry will read: seta com_mapfps "333" Another thing you could try is to optimise your RAM. Again open the config_mp file, bring up the search box and search for 'hunkmeg'. Make it half your existing RAM. So, for example, if you have a gig of RAM set it to 512. The entry will read: seta com_hunkmegs "512" If you have 512 of RAM, make it 256, and so on.

Extreme lag... My fps is 20... idk if you can get more extreme then that Tally i will sound really dumb: how do i check my RAM?

Another thing you could try is to optimise your RAM. Again open the config_mp file, bring up the search box and search for 'hunkmeg'. Make it half your existing RAM. So, for example, if you have a gig of RAM set it to 512. The entry will read:

Never been suggested to do this for FPS, going to try it. I have SIW so if you are familiar with the application...you know the deal.

Right click on 'My Computer', and left click on properties. You will see something like this: ram.jpg I have marked where you will see your RAM info.
