to bind something, type the following in console. (replace the capitol letters with whatever you want)
/bind say "BLAH BLAH"

/bind 9 say Welcome to our server /bind 8 say Chrisbammargera has entered the server
so when you press the keys 9 or 8 you'll get those messages.

Oh yeah I though I was forgetting something. /bind KEY say Blah replace key with any key on the keyboard.
