When you entered that command, did it come back an tell you it was read only? Rcon commands are the same for UO as they are for CoD, you just need to learn the maps ( foy, rhinevalley, kursk, ponyri, arnhem, berlin, cassino, italy, kharkov, sicily, uo_stanjel, from the mappack is streets, peaks, uo_harbor, uo_carentan, uo_powcamp, uo_hurtgen, uo_depot, and uo_dawnville..plus all the regular CoD maps.. If scr_bas_timelimit "20" came back as "Read Only", you need to change the config file for it to work, this means you need access to the server files to do this.

Here's a good site: http://coduo.bravehost.com Go to "how to be a console for a server". It's a good beginner's guide to rcon.

yeah everything they said. would just point out that the reason why that rcon command didnt work is because you forgot to 'set' the command: /rcon set scr_bas_timelimit "20"

That would change the timelimit for BAS.
