I've had this game for a while now and it has been running great but recently i started to get an error when loading the single player. The error is this " Cannot load file 'Weapons/sp//' " Help is very apreciated.

seems that something is missing in a pk3 file. Reinstall your game and it will probably be fixed. And update yur game full

Slaughter919,

I think HGen_Snake is correct, one of your pk3 files is corrupt. Check your pk3 sizes here:

https://activision.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/activision.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=11651&p_created=1067637680&p_sid=7X23Ftdh&p_lva=&p_li=

If one is different, then you'll need to reinstall the game this way:

1. Back up your /save folder cuz it contains your single player saved files. 2. Uninstall CoD using Add/Remove Programs in control panel. 3. Delete the entire Call of Duty folder (usually c:\Program Files\Call of Duty) 4. Reinstall game. 5. Patch game to version 1.4. 6. Recompare pak sizes using link above. 7. Restore the /save folder.
