Go to "Search all files and folder in your windows" and find all remaining files on your computer and delete them. Make sure you scan all directories including windows. Manually delete all remaining files. If you still get this message after deleting all remaining files click "Yes".

Its probably the registry... Do you know how to use it?

Go to - start - run - type 'regedit' then go to 'edit' - find - type in call of duty and search for it, delete every entry that appears that is Call of Duty related, keep pressing f3 till nothing more turns up.

*cries* Killer I cant really help you sorry, if you dont have general knowledge about how to use the registry its way to hard to explain it...

Best thing I can recommend is that you download this program:

http://www.registryfix.com/download/

Then follow its instructions to clean out the registry :) guarrenteed to work :)
