when I try and kick a player on my server console, it sometimes won't let me. What gives? I type kick Col Angus and it gives me Usage: kick kick all = kick everyone and doesn't kick the player. Now sometimes it will. Very annoying. Thanks, Col Angus

Quote marks maybe. Also try the player id.

I've tried the client id, but that doesn't work, I'll try using quotation marks, but that doesn't seem like it would make a difference since it does work on occasion.

May sound stupid but are you sure you type the name correctly? Also try the thing Prae said.

if you have problems with kicking someone from a server do this: bring down the console and type in /rcon password status this will bring a status of the server your in charge of and all the players who are connected. then type in /rcon password clientkick = is the number that the players number is at the beginning.
