I don't know if you could fix it or not. If not, you probably will have to reinstall the game. Sorry. :(

i've already reinstalled the game about 10 times so that dosn't help any. And now it says User Interface 9 expected 7.... what the hell does that mean?

ok, interface 9 is, essentially, CoD 1.4... interface 7 would be 1.1 or whatever... it's telling you that in your \call of duty\main folder that you do not have the correct "paks" in there... for what is apparently your 1.4 exe file to run properly, all you have to do is locate or replace the pak8.pk3, pak9.pk3, and paka.pk3 in the aforementioned folder... altogether, paks 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 & a should all be in the \call of duty\main folder... however, once you get all of them in there, if you still gives you a similar error, which it did to me for a moment, you can run the original CoDMP.exe, where it will tell you the reverse, "user interface 7, expected 9..." it should then work fine next time you try your normal CoDMP.exe...
