Your server is ready but you have not loaded a gametype and you havent rotated the map.. You have.. // Map rotation (sv_maprotation) set sv_maprotation "map mp_harbor" It should be... set sv_maprotation "gamtype dm map mp_harbor" or whatever gametype your going to run.. Wouldnt bother with setting the netip tbh but if you must then the settings you have for it a fine but you need to do the above and also adding this would be handy so it rotates the map on startup. map_rotate Either in your command line or after your map rotation. Once you have done that an easy way to see if your server is working is to type status in console and see if a map and gametype are running with entities...It will also start hitching when running.

There is nothing wrong with that... you have no map running that is why it is saying it will change upon restart. All you have done is turned console on basicaly and its not running anything.

Yep your server is online and working.... Startup cod and you will see and join your server in LOCAL games (ONLY in Local games until you set your router up)

i allready set up my router did the dmz for my ip and port forwarding..
