problem with cod -1 reply

I have this problem where i am about to click refresh, when i click it, no servers come up, and at the top of the screen it says waiting for response from master server, and it just says that while nothing else comes up. I was wondering if there is someway i can fix that, or if i need something to not make it happen.

XFire http://www.xfire.com/

for browsing the servers, far more easier than CoD or UO.
