I've had Call of Duty for some time now. I had a problem in multiplayer options with creating my screen name...it filled in a bunch of numbers behind my name and I couldn't do anything to delete them. Anyway, someone suggested I uninstall the game and reinstall it, which I did. When I tried to start up multiplayer again, I got a console error which stated:

recursive error after: Can’t use keys with a “ key: ‘bel”’ value: ‘’

I've never had any problems with CoD before. Any ideas on how I can play CoD again?!?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game including UO if you have it then patch it back up to the latest version. Try cleaning out your main folder by getting rid of maps and mods that you dont use(Just make a seperate folder and put them in there). As for your name I belive there is a .cfg file some where that you can get rid of or edit and it sets the games control's player name and everything back to stock

DELETE THE WHOLE FOLDER. That means Call of Duty or Call of Duty Game of The Year Edition, which ever one you have. Then, install and apply patches before playing. DONT PLAY BEFORE. Hope that does it and if preceeds. There are Keyboard drivers. Yes there are such things as keyboard drivers like

MAYA 6.0
